Unifi Home Fibre Broadband Plan

Unifi is a service by Telekom Malaysia, offering Internet access, VoIP and IPTV to residential and business customers in Malaysia through an optical fiber network via Fiber to the Home (FTTH) for individual housing units and VDSL2 for high-rise buildings.


TM today has revealed a major update to its Unifi fibre broadband plans for both consumers and businesses. Effective today, the service provider will now offer plans starting from 100Mbps, while pricing for each subsequent package has been revised to be more affordable. Additionally, it also introduced separate 1Gbps and 2Gbps plans, as well as an all-new Unifi Fibre + Mobile package.


For consumers, the revised Unifi packages now start from 100Mbps at RM99 per month, which is followed by 300Mbps at RM139/month, 500Mbps at RM159/month, 1Gbps at RM289/month, and 2Gbps at RM319/month. It is worth noting that the latter two are now available separately and no longer require customers to also sign up for TM’s Unifi TV plans. To commemorate the revised pricing, TM is offering the 100Mbps Unifi plan at a discounted price of only RM89/month for a limited time.

How it works?


  • 1. Customer submit application form via CashbackFirst website
  • 2. CashbackFirst sales team will contact you, request any necessary supporting documents if applicable, and schedule an installation appointment date.
  • 3. Contractor will normally call to confirm the appointment date 2 or 3 days before. Please be remind that to answer phone call within these period even though the caller is an unknown number. Contractor might be using unknown number to reach you.
  • 4. If you want to re-arrange your appointment, kindly contact TM Unifi Center (100).
  • 5. The CashbackFirst reward team will contact you and send gift redemption instructions to you.


Terms & Conditions


  • 24-month contract is applicable to all fibre internet plans.
  • Early Termination Penalty Fees for TM Unifi (Consumer & Business) will be charged based on the original package price x remaining months period within contract.
  • Customer must pay the advance payment within 10 days after installation completed to avoid service interruption. Service will be suspended on the 11th day if no payment made.
  • Advance Payment For Malaysian - RM 100
  • Advance Payment For Foreigner - RM 500
  • Advance Payment For Company - RM 100
  • If there is still no advance payment made after 30 days, customer Unifi account will be auto terminated and customer will be charged early termination penalty of remaining month balance.

  • Standard installation of RM200 (15 meters of fibre optic cable) is waived until further notice. Additional Charges may be implied if Non-Standard Installation required.
  • Please inform your customer that deferment of Unifi installation within 48 hours before the appointment date will lead to a penalty of RM200.
  • CashbackFirst team reserve the rights to change, cancel or suspend for gift reward without notice.


Promotion Important Notes


  • Promotion period effective 15th March 2024 until 15th April 2024!
  • Customers are not allowed to change or modify plan within waiver period once subscribed to this campaign.
  • Customers are allowed to make change request to other plans (upgrade plans only) after waiver period has ended.
  • Customers are not allowed to downgrade plan within contract period. Only movements with incremental price or speed are allowed.
  • Waiver on monthly recurring charges will reflect to Broadband services only. Any add on or Paid Value Added Service (VAS) will not be entitled for Bundle waiver.
