How it works?


  • 1. Customer submit application form via CashbackFirst website
  • 2. CashbackFirst sales team will contact you, request any necessary supporting documents if applicable, and schedule an installation appointment date.
  • 3. Maxis customer service representative will contact you within one week after order submission to reconfirm the order details and the installation appointment date.
  • 4. The installation appointment date would normally be scheduled within 2 to 4 weeks after registration.
  • 5. If you want to re-arrange your appointment, kindly contact MAXIS Center (1-800-82-1123).
  • 6. The CashbackFirst reward team will contact you and send gift redemption instructions to you.


Terms & Conditions


  • 24-month contract is applicable to all fibre internet plans.
  • Early termination penalty is normal monthly recurring charges x remaining unexpired duration of the 24 months or RM500, whichever is higher.
  • For full terms and conditions, please refer to maxis T&C
  • Standard installation of RM200 (15 meters of fibre optic cable) is waived until further notice. Additional charges will be implied if the fiber optic cabling exceeds 15 meters. It normally happens on landed properties. Your customer has to deal with the contractor personally.
  • Please inform your customer that deferment of MAXIS Fibre installation within 48 hours before the appointment date will lead to a penalty of RM200.
