How it works?


  • 1. Customer submit application form via CashbackFirst website
  • 2. CashbackFirst sales team will contact you, request any necessary supporting documents if applicable, and schedule an installation appointment date.
  • 3. Contractor will normally call to confirm the appointment date 2 or 3 days before. Please be remind that to answer phone call within these period even though the caller is an unknown number. Contractor might be using unknown number to reach you.
  • 4. The CashbackFirst reward team will contact you and send gift redemption instructions to you after installation is done.


Terms & Conditions


  • 24-month contract is applicable to all fibre internet plans.
  • Early termination penalty is normal monthly recurring charges x remaining unexpired duration of the 24 months or RM500, whichever is higher.

  • Standard installation (15 meters of fibre optic cable) is waived until further notice. Additional Charges may be implied if Non-Standard Installation required.
